Tuna With Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
2 cans (7 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
1 medium size onion, sliced in thin rings
1 green pepper, seeded and sliced in thin strips
2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (101/2 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded processed American cheese
Directions
Grease a 6 cup casserole and in it make layers of tuna, onion, pepper and parsley.
Dilute soup with water; add salt and pepper and pour over layers in casserole.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake approximately for 20 minutes in hot oven (400°).
