Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 7 oz. can chunk tuna | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| 1/4 c. thinly sliced sweet pickles | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Pimento | 2 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 4 | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes; chill.
Turn tomatoes stem end down.
Cut each almost through into six equal sections.
Salt insides; fill with chilled tuna salad.
Serve on lettuce.
