Ingredients

 1 7 oz. can chunk tuna
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
 1/4 c. thinly sliced sweet pickles
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Pimento2 Tablespoon, diced
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Mayonnaise1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes4

Directions

Combine all ingredients except tomatoes; chill.
Turn tomatoes stem end down.
Cut each almost through into six equal sections.
Salt insides; fill with chilled tuna salad.
Serve on lettuce.
