Ingredients
| 3 medium heads.Boston lettuce | ||
| Tuna fish | 2 Cup (16 tbs), flaked | |
| 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 1 cup cooked green peas | ||
| 2 tablespoons minced onion 1 cup thinly sliced celery | ||
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise Salt and pepper Sliced tomatoes | ||
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise Salt and pepper Sliced tomatoes | ||
Directions
Wash lettuce well, remove turned outer leaves and cut off stems so head will stand up.
Pull leaves back carefully and cut out hearts.
Turn lettuce heads upside down and drain well.
Combine tuna fish, eggs, peas, onion, celery, mayonnaise and seasonings to taste.
Fill lettuce heads with mixture.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve garnished with tomato slices and additional mayonnaise.
