Tuna Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/3 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Tuna | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), flaked | |
| Egg whites | 4 , Well beaten | |
| Pinch of thyme | ||
| Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
Mix together the first ingredients; slowly add milk; then tuna.
Fold in beaten egg whites, then thyme.
Pour into a well-buttered 2 quart souffle dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
