Tuna Salad Recipe Video
This tuna salad is a refreshing side dish which you can enjoy at your lunch or dinner. It is a medley of veggies, egg, tuna and herbs and is very easy to prepare. Watch the recipe video below and try it for yourself!
Summary
Ingredients
potato - peeled.
One big carrot - peeled.
1 boiled egg. (Hard egg)
1 can of tuna in oil- Drained
1/2 can (one cup) of green peas - Drained and rinsed
4 tablespoons of light mayonnaise
15 black olives peeled and cut to small pieces.
1 tsp of vinegar
2 tsp of lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Peel the carrot and cut into small cubes.
Boil the carrot in water with one tsp of vinegar and one tsp of salt
Peel the potato and cut into small cubes.
After 10 min, add the potato into the boiling water.
Cook until it's soft.
Chill and put in a serving bowl.
Cut the boiled egg into small cubes and add into the bowl.
Drain the Tuna, and add into the bowl.
Add the peas and the olives.
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste.
Mix well, and chill for one hour before serving.

Hi,
I agree with everybody else on this forum that your tuna salad is one of the tastiest recipes around. However, I'd like to use fresh tuna in place of canned tuna. Maybe I'll have to cook it, but that's ok.
