Tuna Roly Poly Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
1 can (about 7 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup diced stuffed green olives
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons dairy sour cream mushroom sauce
Directions
Combine biscuit mix and milk in medium size bowl; mix, following label directions for plain biscuits.
Roll or pat out to a rectangle, 8x10, on lightly floured pastry cloth or board.
Mix tuna, celery, olives, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and sour cream in medium size bowl; spread evenly over dough.
Beginning at one end, roll up, jelly roll fashion; pinch edges together to seal.
Slice crosswise into 8 even size pieces; place, not touching, on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in hot oven (400°) for 15 minutes, or until golden.
Serve with mushroom sauce ,

Heat to boiling; stir in 1 tablespoon cut chives.
