Ingredients

 
3 carrots, sliced
 
1 small onion, diced (1/4 cup)
 
1/2 cup sliced celery
 
1/4 cup diced green pepper
 
1 bay leaf
 
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
 
1/2 soup can water
 
1 can (8 ounces) peas
 
2 cans (7 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
 
1 package refrigerated biscuits

Directions

In a medium size saucepan put the carrots, onion, celery, green pepper and bay leaf, with enough water to barely cover.
Bring to boiling and cook until just tender; remove bay leaf; drain.
Mix soup and water in a medium size bowl along with peas and tuna.
Pour into a greased 6 cup shallow baking dish; top with biscuits.
Bake in hot oven (400°) for 12 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
