Tuna Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 7-oz. cans tuna | ||
| 2 cans frozen cream of potato soup | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 12 sprigs of parsley, chopped fine | ||
Directions
Drain tuna; flake.
Thaw soup.
Melt butter in saucepan; saute onion in butter until transparent.
Stir in tuna; remove from heat.
Add 1 cup water, soup, milk, pepper and parsley to tuna mixture; blend well.
Return to heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
