Tuna Pin Wheel Recipe

| Onion | 2 Tablespoon | |

| Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
1) Heat oven to 350F
MAKING
1) Drain the tuna and using a fork, flake the meat
2) In a bowl mix together the macaroni, parsley, onion and tuna
3) Place the mixture in a 2 quart greased casserole
4) Place the sliced tomatoes over the macaroni
5) Sprinkle in the salt, pepper and cheese
6) Bake in the oven for 25 minutes for till the cheese melted
SERVING
7) Serve the dish warm
