Pimiento Yuna Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
2 cans bye the sea chunk light tuna
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 green pepper cut in strips
4-1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground pepper
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions.
Cook onion, celery and green pepper in oil in a saucepan about 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients including cooked rice.
