Ingredients

 
1 7-oz. can tuna fish
 
6 slices crisp, brown bacon
 
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
 
2 teaspoons lemon juice
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
Few drops Tabasco

Directions

Grind or mash the tuna and bacon very well together.
Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and Tabasco.
Rub a pretty mold very lightly with mayonnaise and pack tuna mixture into it.
Chill thoroughly.
Unmold to serve and garnish with lemon wedges.
