Remember that left over pasta we had last week from our Pasta Fagioli?? Well, here's a great way to use it up...try Kristi's favorite tuna pasta salad! It's quick, easy, and makes the perfect lunch to pack for school or work!

Ingredients

 
1/2 lb any small pasta
 
1 small red onion, diced
 
3 stalk of celery, diced
 
2 cans of tuna packed in water
 
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
 
2 tbsp. light mayo
 
1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
 
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine onions, celery, and tuna, in a bowl.
2. Add pasta, mayo, yogurt, salt and pepper.
3. Stir well and adjust seasonings. Enjoy!!
