Directions

Soak dry mushroom in water for 1 hour and then cut off the stem. Keep the juice for cooking.
Preheat wok in medium high heat.
Put 3 tbsp of cooking oil and put in the onions and garlic.
Put in the vegetables, celery, broccoli and chinese mushrooms.
Give it a good stir.
Add the mushroom water for cooking, if you need more liquid then add some leftover tea from the teapot.
Add 1 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt.
Mix and let them cook for 2 minutes.
Add the tuna. Give it a stir.
Add cooked egg noodles into the wok. Mix them together.
Add the soy sauce, you can add more if you like. Stir again.
Put the lid on and simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
