Tuna Loaf Recipe

Tuna Loaf doesn’t last on the dining table for more than five minutes! I am serious! My family makes me prepare this delicious loaf again and again. Try it!

Ingredients

 
2 cans tuna (6 1/2 or 7 ounces, or one 13 ounce can)
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
1 cup white sauce
 
1/2 cup half-and-half or milk (not skimmed)
 
1 beaten egg
 
1/4 cup chopped celery
 
1 cup bread crumbs
 
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Drain and flake tuna.
Add remaining ingredients in order given.
Mix well.
Put into greased baking dish in 350°F toaster oven about 25 minutes or until browned.
