Tuna-Hominy Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1 can (20 ounces) hominy, drained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
2 cans (6 1/2 ounces each) tuna in water, drained
1 medium green pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)
Directions
Mix hominy, tomato sauce, tuna, green pepper, onion and cumin in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese.
Cook uncovered in 350° oven until hot and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
Microwave Directions: Mix all ingredients except cheese in 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole.
Cover and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir.
Microwave until hot, 4 to 6 minutes longer; sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and let stand until cheese melts, about 3 minutes.
