Tuna Gumbo Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. lemon gelatin | ||
| 1 can chicken gumbo soup | ||
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water; add soup.
Chill until partially set.
Drain tuna; flake.
Add celery, onion and tuna; fold in mayonnaise and whipped cream.
Pour into 6 individual molds or 1-quart mold; chill until firm.
