Tuna Fish Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Tuna fish | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Salt and pepper | 1 | |
| Mashed potato | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Drain the fish and flake it very finely.
Alternate layers of the fish and the potato in a greased baking dish, sprinkling each layer with a little onion and parsley and lemon juice.
Make a sauce by melting the butter, blending in the flour and slowly adding the milk, cream and seasonings.
Pour it over the fish and bake about 20 minutes.
Grated cheese added to the top 10 minutes before the fish is cooked makes a nice addition.
