Tuna Curry Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
3 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (10-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup warm water
4 to 6 teaspoons curry powder
1 (16 ounce) can mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
2 (12 ounce) cans tuna, drained
16 ounces spaghetti, cooked, drained
Directions
Combine the soups, milk and the 1/2 cup water in a large saucepan over medium heat and mix well.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add a mixture of the 1/4 cup warm water and curry powder; mix well.
Stir in the undrained mushrooms, onion, thyme, basil and oregano; simmer for 10 minutes longer.
Stir in the tuna and cooked spaghetti.
Spoon the tuna mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
