Tuna-Cucumber Mousse Recipe

1 env. Unflavored gelatin
 
1 can cream of chicken soup
 
1 7-oz. can tuna
 
1/4 tsp. minced onion
 
1/8 tsp. salt
 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
 
1/4 c. mayonnaise
 
1 1/2c. Chopped cucumbers

Directions

Soften gelatin in 1 /4 cup cold water.
Bring soup to a boil in saucepan; add gelatin.
Stir until dissolved.
Drain tuna; flake.
Fold tuna, onion, salt and lemon juice into soup mixture.
Cool slightly; add mayonnaise and cucumbers.
Mix well; pour into a 1-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
