Tuna Croquettes With Parsley Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup diced celery
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
Parsley Sauce
Directions
Combine breadcrumbs, tuna, carrots, milk, celery, egg, onion, salt, and pepper, mix well.
Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a cone.
Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Serve with Parsley Sauce.
