Ingredients
3 well beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
15 oz. can cream style corn
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cans (6-1/2 oz. size) bye the sea chunk light tuna crushed potato chips
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a quart casserole.
Beat eggs.
Stir in milk, corn, seasonings and tuna, flaked.
Turn into prepared casserole.
Sprinkle with potato chips and parmesan cheese.
Bake in moderate oven until bubbling hot and lightly browned on top about 25 minutes.
