Tuna Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, cut in eighths | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley sprigs | 12 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen cream of potato soup | 2 Can (20 oz), thawed | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Canned tuna | 14 Ounce, drained, flaked |

Directions
Melt butter in saucepan, saute onion until glassy.
Add flaked tuna and remove from heat.
Put parsley, milk, reserved water, soup and seasonings into Osterizer container.
Cover and CYCLE/CHOP.
Pour into saucepan, mix well with onions and tuna.
Simmer over low heat about 15 minutes to blend flavor.
Note: If a thinner chowder is desired, an additional cup of water or milk may be added.
