Tuna-Cantaloupe Tropicale Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 cans (7 ounces each) water-packed tuna, drained
 
1 cup pared, cored and chopped apple (1 large)
 
1/2 cup plain yogurt
 
1/4 cup cashew nuts
 
1/4 cup chopped chutney
 
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
 
2 tablespoons raisins
 
1 tablespoon curry powder
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
 
2 small cantaloupes

Directions

Combine all ingredients except cantaloupes in small bowl; cover and chill 1 hour.
Cut cantaloupes in half; scoop out seeds.
Fill each cantaloupe half with an equal amount of the tuna mixture
