Tuna Canapes Recipe

2 ounces drained canned chunk white tuna, finely ground in food processor
3 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
1 tablespoon chopped drained canned pimiento
2 teaspoons each mayonnaise and pickle relish
Dash each salt and Worcestershire sauce
2 thin slices each white and whole wheat or rye bread (1/2 ounce each slice), lightly toasted
Directions
In small bowl combine all ingredients except toast and mix to a smooth spread.
Onto each of 3 slices of toast spread 1/3 of the tuna mixture, spreading to 1/4 inch from edge of bread; stack slices, alternating white bread with whole wheat (or rye) bread, and top with remaining slice of toast.
Cut stack diagonally into quarters.
