Tuna Tomato Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

 
4 eggs
 
1 cop buttermilk
 
2 cans (6 1/2 or 7 ounces each) tuna in vegetable oil
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1 pound (2 caps) small-curd creamed cottage cheese
 
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
 
1/2 cup chopped onion
 
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced, or 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
 
1/2 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Beat eggs and buttermilk in large bowl.
Add tuna, salt, cottage cheese, broccoli, and onion.
Turn into large shallow casserole.
Bake in 350°F oven 35 minutes.
Top with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese; bake 10 minutes, until set
