Tuna And Rice Supper Dish Recipe
Ingredients
| 1-1/3 cups packaged precooked rice | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tabasco sauce | 4 Drop | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon onion or garlic salt | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| 2 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef) | ||
| Chopped green onion | 2 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Cook rice in butter in large frying pan until lightly browned in color.
Combine next 8 ingredients and blend into rice with fork.
Bring to boiling point fluffing once or twice with fork but do not stir.
Then cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add tuna with its broth, to the rice mixture and heat for another minute.
Sprinkle with chives.
