 8 ounces penne or rigatoni
 Broccoli florets3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 Scallions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Basil2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Extra virgin olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Ground black pepper2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 2 tuna steaks (about 6 ounces each) or 1 can (12 ounces) water-packed tuna, drained
 1/2 cup pitted and sliced imported black olives
 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley

Directions

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water for 7 minutes.
Add the broccoli and continue cooking for another 3 minutes, or until the broccoli is bright green and the pasta is tender; drain well.
In a large bowl, mix together the tomatoes, scallions, lemon juice, basil, oil, pepper and garlic.
Set aside.
Grill or broil the tuna about 5" from the heat for 3 to 7 minutes per side, or until the fish turns opaque and is no longer pink when cut with a knife.
Remove from the heat and cut into 1" cubes.
