Ingredients

 2 7-ounce cans tuna, packed in olive oil
 3 cups cooked dried white beans
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and ocmbine tuna with olive oil.
2) With a fork break the tuna into pieces and then add the remaining ingredients.
3) Toss gently.

SERVING
4) Season to taste and serve.

TIPS
You may prepare and store in refrigerator. Be sure to bring to room temperature before serving.
