 Hero rolls4
 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 1/3 cup chopped green onions
 Peanuts1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Tuna1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked
 1 tablespoon bottled oil and vinegar salad dressing

Directions

1. Hollow out bottom of each roll slightly with a fork. (Set the pieces aside to make a crumb topping for a casserole.)
2. Mix mayonnaise or salad dressing and curry powder in a cup; spread on rolls. Spoon the carrots, onions and peanuts, alternately, across bottom half of each roll.
3. Combine tuna and oil and vinegar dressing in a cup; toss lightly to mix; spoon in rows on top of vegetables. Cover with tops of rolls.
