Tuna Treat Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and seeded | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, chopped | |
| Tuna fish | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 2 flat anchovy fillets, chopped | ||
| White bread slice | 4 | |
| Butter | ||
| Russian dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Chop tomatoes and drain well.
Mix with next 4 ingredients.
Season.
Remove crusts from bread and toast slices.
Cut toast into quarters and butter each piece.
Spread with tuna mixture and cover with dressing.
Sprinkle a drop of Worcestershire on each.
Makes 16.
