Tuna Tofu Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Firm tofu-1 cake | ||
| Tuna-1 (6-1/2 ozs. each) cans , drained | ||
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| Green onion | 1 | |
| Salt | 1.2 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Small carrot | 1 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Soak mushrooms in water until soft and chop finely
MAKING
2. Squeeze excess water from tofu and crumble and add to mushrooms with remaining ingredients and mix well
3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased hot frying pan and flip patties when golden
SERVING
4. Serve with your favorite sauce or fruit salsa
