Tuna Supper Toasts Recipe
Ingredients
| Bread slice | 3 | |
| 1 7-oz. tin tuna fish | ||
| Tomato ketchup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| 3 thin slices cheese | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Toast the bread on one side only.
MAKING
2) Use a basin, to flake the tuna fish after draining.
3) Add tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and onion and mash all together with a fork.
4) Use the mixture to spread over the untoasted sides of the bread slices.
5) Place a cheese slice on top.
6) Place under the grill in moderate heat until bubbling hot and browned.

7) Cut slices in half and serve at once.
