| Chicken broth | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| 2 6 1/2- or 7-ounce cans chunk-style tuna, drained | ||
| American Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
In heavy skillet toast the bread crumbs in 2 tablespoons of the butter till golden brown. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Set aside.
Cook beans according to package directions; drain.
In skillet blend flour into remaining butter.
Add chicken broth, nutmeg, and pepper.
Cook and stir till thick and smooth.
Add tuna, cheese, and beans; reduce heat (220°).
Simmer till cheese melts.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Set aside.
