Tuna Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms Recipe

Ingredients

 
6 1/2 oz (184 g) canned, flaked tuna
 
1 tbsp (15 ml) mayonnaise
 
1 tsp (5 ml) chili sauce
 
12 canned artichoke bottoms
 
2 round lemon slices, cut into 6 wedges each
 
12 small parsley sprigs
 
12 baby shrimp

Directions

–  In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, and chili sauce. Spoon mixture into artichoke bottoms. Garnish each with lemon wedges and parsley. Place 1 baby shrimp on each artichoke.
