 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Garlic powder1 Teaspoon
 Parsley flakes2 Tablespoon
 Stewed tomatoes1 1 pound, can
 Potatoes2 Large, diced

 Frozen peas1 Cup(16 tbs)
 Pepper red1/2 Cup(16 tbs), diced
 Bay Leaf1
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 2 6 1/2-ounce cans tuna

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet.
Add onion; saute until transparent.
Add remaining ingredients, except tuna; stir to mix.
Cover; simmer 1/2 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Add tuna; mix well.
Simmer 10 minutes to heat tuna thoroughly.
