Tuna Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Stewed tomatoes | 1 1 pound, can | |
| Potatoes | 2 Large, diced | |
| Beef | 1 | |
| Frozen peas | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Pepper red | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs), diced | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 6 1/2-ounce cans tuna | ||
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add onion; saute until transparent.
Add remaining ingredients, except tuna; stir to mix.
Cover; simmer 1/2 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Add tuna; mix well.
Simmer 10 minutes to heat tuna thoroughly.
