Tuna Steaks In Caper Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Low fat yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Low fat sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Capers-2 tablespoons-chopped | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Watercress-1 tablespoon -chopped | ||
| Onion-2 teaspoons-minced | ||
| Lemon-1 teaspoon-grated rind | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Tuna steaks-4 Nos- 1/2-pound each | ||
| Olive oil | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350 degrees
MAKING
3. In a mixing bowl, tip in the yoghurt, the capers, lemon juice, parsley, onion, lemon rind and pepper
4. Mix well
5. Cover and set aside at room temperature till required
6. Place the seasoned tuna in the preheated oval of the wooden plank
7. Lightly brush with olive oil
8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or till done
SERVING
9. Serve the fish hot with a generous serving of the sauce on the side or on top of the fish.
