 Tuna1 1/2 Pound, cubed
 2 tomatoes, in wedges
 2 onions, in wedges
 Bacon Slices4

 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tarragon1/2 Teaspoon
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), finley sliced
 Black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Fennel2 Tablespoon
 Finely sliced leaves4
 Salt and peppe

Directions

–  Slide tuna pieces onto skewers, alternating with vegetables, then place mixture in shallow dish.
–  In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients, then baste kebabs and marinate for 24 hours, turning from time to time.
–  Preheat the broiler. Broil shish kebabs for 8 minutes, basting frequently with marinade, and serve.
