Tuna Salad Plate Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 3-oz. cans water-packed, unsalted tuna | ||
| Lettuce | 4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| 8 spears asparagus, cooked and cooled | ||
Directions
Drain the tuna and cut the contents of each can in half horizontally.
Arrange on the shredded lettuce.
Garnish with the asparagus spears and fresh parsley if desired.
