 2 3-oz. cans water-packed, unsalted tuna
 Lettuce4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 8 spears asparagus, cooked and cooled

Directions

Drain the tuna and cut the contents of each can in half horizontally.
Arrange on the shredded lettuce.
Garnish with the asparagus spears and fresh parsley if desired.
