Tuna Salad I Recipe
Ingredients
| 14 ounces canned tuna, drained well and flaked | ||
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 scallions, chopped, or 1/2 small onion, chopped | ||
| 4—5 medium-size mushrooms, sliced | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, scallions, mushrooms, pepper, and chile.
Serve on open slices of rye or pumpernickel bread.
