Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 tablespoons diced, peeled, and seeded cucumber | ||
| Red onion | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Thinly sliced celery | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper | ||
| Water | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
Directions
1. In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, cucumber, red and green onions, celery, dill, salt, and pepper. Add the tuna and toss to coat. Serve with slices of Rustic Whole-Wheat Round.
