Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Italian tuna in olive oil 1 can
Carrot 1 tbsp
Celery 1 tbsp
Red sweet pepper 2 tbsp
Fresh parsley 2 tbsp
Red wine vinegar 1 tbsp
Lime juice 1/2 lime squeezed
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce a dash
Iceberg lettuce 1 cup
Directions
Remove tuna from the can and drain it, leaving just about 1 tbsp extra oil.
In a bowl mix the carrot, celery, red pepper and parsley with the tuna.
Add vinegar, lime juice, a liberal amount of salt, a bit of pepper and a dash of hot sauce.
Toss everything well, adding pieces of iceberg lettuce.
