Tuna Ring With Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg, beaten slightly
2 7-oz. cans tuna
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup parsley
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
Directions
Beat eggs; reserve 2 Tbsp. for topping.
Combine tuna, onion, cheese, parsley, celery and pepper into remaining egg.
Stir Bisquick and water to a soft dough.
Knead 5 times on floured cloth-covered board.
Roll into rectangle 10x15.
Spread with tuna mixture.
Roll up, beginning at long side, with sealed edge down.
Shape into a ring on greased baking sheet and pinch ends together.
With scissors, make cuts 2/3 of the way through.
Turn each cut section onto its side to show filling.
Brush top with reserved egg.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 375°.
