Ingredients

 Instant potato flakes1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
 Tuna fish1 Can (10oz), drained
 Eggs2
 Celery1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Pimiento3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Instant minced onion1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Corn flakes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
 Parsley1 Teaspoon, crushed
 Cheddar Cheese1 Can (10oz), undiluted
 Milk1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cayenne pepper1 Dash

Directions

Combine potato flakes, tuna fish, eggs, celery, pimiento, onion, and salt.
Mix well.
Form mixture into 12 balls, 2 inches in diameter.
Mix corn flakes and parsley.
Coat tuna balls with corn flake mixture.
Arrange tuna balls in an 8-inch round glass baking dish.
Microwave at HIGH 6 to 7 minutes.
Turn tuna puffs at 2 minute intervals.
Microwave soup, milk, and cayenne pepper in a 4-cup glass measure at HIGH 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Stir.
