Tuna Potato Salad With French Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 large tin tuna drained and broken up | ||
| 2 heads romaine (heart leaves only) | ||
| 1 head curly endive (chicory) | ||
| 1 large bunch watercress destemmed | ||
| 4 small cooked potatoes sliced | ||
| 1 green pepper seeded and julienned | ||
| 3 small tomatoes cut in wedges | ||

Directions
1.
Wash the greens and dry well.
Cut in bite-size pieces, about one inch.

Put greens in large bowl and add tuna, potatoes, green pepper, and tomatoes.
Chill well.

At serving time toss lightly with just enough French dressing to moisten all ingredients well.
