Tuna Patty Melt Recipe
Ingredients

| 2/3 cup quick-cooking rolled oats | ||
| 1/2 cup sour cream with French onion | ||
| 1 stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup) | ||
| Celery seed | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 2 6 1/2-ounce cans tuna, drained and flaked | ||
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| American Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| 6 slices dark rye bread, toasted or 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted | ||
Directions
GETTING READY 1) Arrange the required ingredients. MAKING 2) In a bowl, combine together egg, rolled oats, sour cream, celery, celery seed and pepper. 3) Add tuna and mix well. 4) Shape mixture into 6 patties. 5) In skillet, heat oil and cook tuna patties in it. 6) Cover and cook for about 8 minutes total time or till heated through, turning once. 7) Sprinkle cheese over each patty. 8) Cook, covered, 1 minute more or till cheese is melted.
SERVING 9) Serve patties on rye bread or hamburger buns.
