Tuna Fettuccine Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups fettuccine, curly spinach noodles or vegetable non-egg noodles | ||
| Albacore tuna | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz), diced | |
| Green onions | 4 , diced | |
| Stalk celery | 1 , diced | |
| 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt | ||
| 1/4 cup lite mayonnaise | ||
| 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finley minced | |
| 1 teaspoon fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley | ||
Directions
Cook and drain fettuccine using package directions.
In a large bowl combine fettuccine, tuna, water chestnuts, green onions and celery.
In a small bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic and parsley; mix well.
Add to tuna mixture; toss lightly.
Chill in refrigerator.
