Ingredients

 2 cups fettuccine, curly spinach noodles or vegetable non-egg noodles
 Albacore tuna1 Can (10oz), drained
 Water chestnuts1 Can (10oz), diced
 Green onions4 , diced
 Stalk celery1 , diced
 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
 1/4 cup lite mayonnaise
 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finley minced
 1 teaspoon fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

Cook and drain fettuccine using package directions.
In a large bowl combine fettuccine, tuna, water chestnuts, green onions and celery.
In a small bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic and parsley; mix well.
Add to tuna mixture; toss lightly.
Chill in refrigerator.
