Ingredients

 Tuna1 Can (10oz), drained
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 3/4 to 1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
 Potatoes1 Can (10oz)

Directions

Into large bowl, separate tuna into chunks.
Add carrots, celery, onion and salad dressing; toss until tuna is well coated with dressing.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, fold in potatoes.
If desired, garnish with parsley and carrot curls.
