Ingredients

 1 lb. new potatoes, thinly sliced
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Snipped parsley1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Dried thyme leaves1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Green package1 , frozen

Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine potatoes, olive oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic, salt, thyme and pepper.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 7 to 13 minutes, or until tender, stirring after every 3 minutes.
Set aside.
Unwrap beans and place in 1-quart casserole.
