Tuna Nicoise Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. new potatoes, thinly sliced | ||
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Snipped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried thyme leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Green package | 1 , frozen | |
Directions
In 2-quart casserole, combine potatoes, olive oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic, salt, thyme and pepper.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 7 to 13 minutes, or until tender, stirring after every 3 minutes.
Set aside.
Unwrap beans and place in 1-quart casserole.
