Tuna Nibbles Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1 6 1/2 Ounce, drained, flaked | |
| Neufchatel cheese | 3 Ounce, softened | |
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/3 cup finely snipped parsley | ||
Directions
In bowl blend the tuna and Neufchatel cheese.
Add celery, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and salt; mix well.
Shape mixture into small balls, using about 2 teaspoons for each.
Roll in the snipped parsley.
Chill well.
