Tuna Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| Tuna | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Cream cheese | 1 | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| BALTIMORE SPICE OLD BAY Seasoning - 1 1/2 tablespoons | ||
| Catsup | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Fresh Parsley - few sprigs, for garnish | ||
| Olives - a handful, for garnish | ||
| Crackers - to serve | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Drain the tuna and set aside.
2. Lightly grease a 1-quart mold or a 4-cup bowl with oil.
MAKING
3. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and beat well until smooth.
4. Add the onion, parsley, seasoning, catsup, and horseradish. Blend well.
5. Fold in the tuna.
6. Spoon the mixture into the mold and pack firmly with the back of the spoon.
7. Cover and refrigerate until chilled and set.
SERVING
8. To unmold, run a knife around the side of the mold.
9. Place a serving plate on top of the mold and invert together.
10. Give a sharp tap.
11. Garnish with parsley and olives if you like.
12. Serve immediately accompanied by crackers.
